Liaising with vendors, coordinating other stakeholders. Led a two-year hardware refresh, with an annual budget of $1.2 million and impacting more than 20,000 computers at multiple locations. Met operational target of 90% completion within budget constraints and high customer satisfaction. Currently leading technical aspects of COVID-19 mobile testing and vaccination van project, providing authoritative advice on operational technology resources. Three mobile vans have been deployed, delivering 360,000 vaccine doses to the community and expanding the availability of testing.
